AVA Online Scheduling Self-Service (OSS) App Release

A new app was released to group administrators, providing a centralized place to manage configurations for all practices within the group. The app provides the user to:

• Set practice notification email
• Set general open hours for the practice
• Manage booking windows
• Add/remove resources to booking types
• Configure booking type duration, new/existing client availability
• Audit each booking type to ensure the openings match what is present in the PiMS

Prescription Notification Emails

AVA now supports office-specific prescription refill request notification emails. Previously, all refill request notifications would go to a single address, even for multi-site practices. Now, these can be separated to make refill management simpler for these practices.

Shepherd Integration Improvements

A new verison of the Shepherd integration was deployed which supports different Shepherd scheduling modules. The new integration now reads provider availability and scheduling templates from the Shepherd API. Shepherd provides two different ways of managing this: schedule templates by day (implemented with this release), and schedule templates by provider (not implemented yet).

Prescription Enhancements

Additional logging and telemetry was deployed on the prescriptions service to improve performance and system monitoring.
